while the class is doing their PDT, i shall blog! haha! =)

took over another AA's class today
it's pretty quiet and not responsive but it's ok. becos i'll only see them once so im more lenient

2nd week of lesson this week
i have 3 days of classes.. love my Day 1 and Day 3 classes
they are fun loving and yet, hardworking!
Day 4 makes me speechless, and frustrated. i'm not going to elaborate further

my ex-reporting officer is down with serious flu since sunday and she's still seriously sick today
suddenly, it dawned upon some of us that she has been to the states in early apr.. and then it hit us
swine flu!! >.<

hopefully not.
we've been in contact with her.
ahhhh.

the one month of being a full-time housewife has come to an end
tmr marks the first day of the new academic year in school and i've got class

i've been taking first day classes for almost every semester and it's pretty exciting to meet the blur new kids tmr! haha.
oh well. it also comes with the headache of assimilating them into the school's unique learning culture

i've 3 classes per week and two days of rest
so it's pretty manageable

alrighty.
i shld head to bed soon, shall attempt to reach campus early tmr to print stuff, get ready for class etc
though i'm teaching, i feel just like a new student who is attending her first day of lesson! =)

the past few weeks have been crazy
the sudden onset of rashes on my face drives me mad becos it's so itchy that I can't sleep soundly at night
glad it's the period of break before school starts

decided to make an appointment with national skin centre this morning as private patient cos I can't afford to wait for a referral letter from the polyclinic
the earliest is 16th apr.. gosh
i gave up on that place then.. searched online and found a well-known dermatologist at novena medical centre
doctor is away from this afternoon onwards till next week and i had till 11am to make my way there
it was 9.30am and i considered for 15 mins before i went to wash up and cabbed down

consultation + medication = $88
reasonable given that it's probably the same amount i would pay at skin centre one week later
better get it treated fast

on steriod now.. pill and cream
double steriod.
i had to confirm that i'm not pregnant before the medication was dispensed to me

second appointment is 2 weeks later
see how it goes
i've been at home for the past few days.. bleah.
how to go out? =(

my lifestyle since last monday has been nothing but super shiok!
although i set my alarm at 9am, i continue my beauty sleep till sometimes 11+, noon and even almost 1pm once
then it's making lunch for myself while watching a little tv, followed by random household chores (either ironing, or doing the laundry or vacuuming the floor).. and of cos, thinking of what to cook for dinner

if i've decided to cook, it'll be a trip to my favourite shop of the year - ntuc fairprice
back to prepare, cook and wash up
rest while waiting for 9pm and then a continuous 3 hrs in front of the tv set
i've also been snacking a lot because i'll get hungry ard 11pm+

time flies
it's 1 apr already
19 more days and school will start again
but now, im still going to enjoy the nice little break!

3 months of married life. =)
we haven't celebrated anything since our wedding and i thought it'd be nice to have a special dinner at home for our 3rd month..
menu still pending and i can't prepare much heaty food cos he has got an ulcer and can't afford to fall sick
alrighty. we'll see what i end up preparing eventually
for now, i need to head to bed.
if i continue on like this, i will never be able to wake up when school starts.
